Our product line, which increases monthly, has been a direct result of customer requests. They refer to Lady J Designs as the "One Stop Everything Shop."

When Looking through Lady J Designs, here are a few things to keep in mind:

* You are dealing directly with the artist so although there are designs offered on every item you may request changes on existing designs or request a design of your own. Our Gallery is filled with photos which were custom requests, and as you can see there's been many of them.

* All hand painted items are coated with an indoor/outdoor sealer to add to the durability of the design. Never use cleaners or water on hand painted items. They should only be wiped with a soft cloth.

* All products are checked for stability, durability and quality. We will not sell any item which we feel is cheaply made or dangerous and would not give to our own children.

* If you do not see what you are looking for please ask, ask, ask! Find the "Request An Item" Link at the top of the page and let us know what you are looking for.

* Although it is very difficult to accept returns on personalized items, if for any reason you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase Lady J Designs will accept returns within 7 days for a full refund minus S&H fees.
